It’s that time of year again. The sun is shining, the air is sticky, the weather is hot.
It is my personal theory that in the summer, more than any other season, there are an increasing number of people who are single and on the hunt for their summer fling.
We’ve all heard the sayings: “Love is in the air,” “Spring Fever,” and “Summer sex.”
This leads me to draw several simple conclusions. One: “summer singles,” as I call them, will be out and about, strutting their stuff around Toronto’s hot spots. If so fact so, there will be plenty of opportunities to see and be seen and eventually hook up for a date sometime during the heat wave. And if so fact so, that means you’re going to have to look your best—as much as possible.
That means, gentlemen, a lady can spot you at the bar looking uncomfortable in what seems to be way too much, or the wrong combination, or clothing.
That also means, ladies, a man can spot you on the dance floor wearing something that can barely fit a small child.
