I'm going to the Taste of the Danforth, are you?

With the many events that happen in and around Toronto, this weekend hosts one of the biggest. It is the Taste of the Danforth running from Friday Aug, 10-12. For many years now, my family and I have gone down to enjoy the tastes, sounds, entertainment and shopping that this area of Toronto features. One year I even went down and met my friend and her friend and we wandered around together while my son and boyfriend played the many carnival games. We have learned that this event is huge, so we usually get there early in the afternoon and leave before the crowds really start to heat-up...and I don't mean from the heat of the summer sun. Afternoon into evening becomes a frenzy of food and fun. So if you would like to enjoy some great food and have some fun, why not venture down the danforth and enjoy what is left of summer in the city.
