Get out and Walk

You know the funny thing is that I have been battling my weight for most of my life. In the last few years with the onset of my anxiety things took a turn for the worse. I was put on medication after having not slept for 48 hours after contracting a nasty virus. Unfortunately, one of the side effects of the medication was an increase in appetite which the doctor warned me about. However, I was not expecting to feel like I was pregnant again and start eating everything in site. It to so bad that family and friends started to comment and that made me feel even worse. I knew the weight was there, but I was just in some sort of denial. After talking to the doctor I was put on a different medication...and then we got a dog. So I am happy to report that things are back to normal and I have lost a lot of weight. I no longer binge...and am walking a few times a day...when life and nature doesn't get in the way. So the point I am making is that you have to watch what you eat....and just get out and walk...or do something you like to do...and eventually you will see a change in your body. Another tip is to drink a lot of water to cleanse your body of it's toxins...If I can do...anyone can!
