Rogers has a website up that allows you the ability to send a free text message to anyone that can accept Text Messages!  The free service works with any mobile carrier that accepts text messaging for up to 160 characters.  So, as long as the recipient has a plan that accepts free text messaging, you'll be able to send them a message quickly and for free, and even if you don't own a cellphone!  The only drawback is that in order for this to work, you have to have a connection to the Internet on a PC (or Mac) and that you won't be able to receive a reply from the computer you sent it from.  Yep, this is one-way communication people!
